Author: In Jackie's second book, Integrative Healing, she offers wellness programs combining psychology with complementary modalities for laypeople. It is a lifeline/toolbox of practices based on research in both fields to connect you with your internal strength. Her Co-op workshops are all about finding joy by using these evidence-based embodiment practices. As we know, the end goal of yoga is to "lighten up" or enlightenment.
