Our Practitioners

Originally hailing from the great white north (Toronto) Melissa Lynn Lemieux is a local Redding resident since 2005, residing here with her husband Jeff and her dog Dollie.  

Melissa has a passion for all things travel, community, connection and people.  Her intention of studying yoga, reiki and meditation was to originally book end and amplify her work as an end of life doula where she studied and continues to study with the End of Life Doula Association.  (INELDA)

Melissa is RYT 200 w/ yoga alliance having studied with the Yoga Institute of India.  Reiki level 2 student.  Meditation guide. Restorative yoga guide.  End of Life Doula.
