CREATING YOUR GRID

1. Gather cleansed crystals based on your specific intention and the flower of life grid.

2.  Rub your hands together.

3.  Set your intention to communicate with your crystals. Breathe this intention into your hands. It’s better to use a strong statement such as “This grid will help me focus positive energy on my family,” than to say something vague (“I’ll be a better mom”) or negative (“I’ll stop nagging my kids”).

4.  Optional: Write your intention on a piece of paper. Place your written intention under your center stone or under your grid.  Alternatively, you can write it on the template.

5.  Place your FOCUS stone in the center of the grid. Place your SUPPORT crystals in a clockwise order. State your intention as you place the crystals.

6.  By now you should have seven crystals on your grid--six supportive crystals and your center crystal. Now it’s time to layer the crystals if you want:

a.  You can add quartz points to direct the intention. If the grid is for you/your relationships, make sure their point is facing the center of the grid, pointing inward. If the intention is for the world or a specific person, have any points facing outward.

b.  You can add a second set of crystals.  One set is the WAY stones (closest to the quartz FOCUS stone) and the second set is the DESIRED stones (closest to the outer edge of the grid). These crystals word together to clarify and channel your intention.

7.  Activate your grid. You can use your finger or a crystal wand. Follow the arrows in the picture. As you activate your grid, take a deep breath, and feel, sense, and imagine your desired outcome. Then draw a circle in a clockwise motion around the grid.

8.  Leave your grid for a desired amount of time.  At any time, you can reaffirm your intention in a positive and present-tense statement. ("I am so happy experiencing the love of my life!" or "I have all the resources needed to pay all my bills."

9.  When ready, you can deactivate the grid.  Draw a counterclockwise circle with your finger or quartz point.  Thank the crystals and the grid. State that you are releasing any programming. You can sage the crystals if you desire. Then remove the crystals in a counterclockwise motion.
