Ellen Barrett, M.A., is a mind/body movement pioneer, author of 28 Days Lighter (Skirt!, 2013), and a seasoned at-home workout video creator with best-seller’s like The Studio’s Yogini Workout and Crunch’s Fat-Burning Pilates.
