Isabel is the the creator of Mind and Soul. She is a Transformational Spiritual Coach, a Mindset Coach, Teacher, Healer and Intuitive. She specializes in helping others understand, to heal, and to transform their mindset and core beliefs to allow them to tap into the very highest version of themselves.

Her journey began when she started to explore her ancestral lineage. After visits to Egypt and South America, it became apparent that one of her soul missions in this lifetime was to heal past familial, soul and energetic traumas. This awareness was a gift from Spirit as this was an unfolding on her path to understanding that she was to help others on their ancestral journeys. Join Isabel in her classes, workshops, activations and healings as she supports you in understanding your rightful birthright to feel protected, joyful and abundant.

Isabel weaves together her qualifications to create a unique experience for participants in her offerings. She is a Reiki Practitioner and Master, Quantum Practitioner, Sacred Soul Alignment Practitioner, Akashic Records Teacher and Practitioner, Crystal Energy Healer, Quantum Alchemist and Crafter. She is trained as an EFT – Breathing Practitioner, Mindset Coach, Human Design Practitioner, and a student of Shamanic Herbalism.

Isabel helps others heal from past traumas as well as coaching them as they navigate today’s challenges by teaching them techniques that will allow them to truly live their best lives.
