Lindsey O’Connell

Lindsey Benoit O’Connell, CSCS, a veteran in the health and wellness industry, has dedicated over two decades of her career to fostering the physical and spiritual well-being of others. Holding certifications as a NASM fitness trainer, a 305 Fitness instructor, and an Unplug meditation teacher and sound healer, she possesses a multifaceted expertise that sets her apart in the field.

Over the years, Lindsey has been instrumental in shaping wellness practices by collaborating with leading brands such as Women's Health, Cosmopolitan, Good Housekeeping, and SELF magazines. Her work has also involved engagements with influential figures in the wellness space, including Arianna Huffington and Gabby Bernstein, among others.

In a mission-driven initiative, Lindsey founded The LAB Wellness. With a vision to make fitness and meditation accessible and achievable for individuals at all stages of life, The LAB offers a comprehensive suite of services. From online and in-person group classes to corporate mindfulness and meditation sessions, and one-on-one fitness training, life coaching, sound baths, and meditations, The LAB's offerings are both diverse and inclusive. She also specializes in organizing pop-up and corporate events, adding to her extensive portfolio.
