The Angel Wing is available to rent on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis to hold individual or group sessions, workshops, classes, retreats, or for any therapeutic practice including yoga, meditation, reiki, massage, musical events, and more. Optional rental spaces include a large open room and/or an intimate private room with massage/reiki table. Our intention is to create a shared sacred space for spiritual practice of all types.
You are invited to rent the space once or on a recurring basis. If you are interested in reserving a space regularly, or if you are interested in renting the entire building for an event, workshop, retreat, or weekend, please contact Christy or Laura at The Angel Cooperative (203) 431-2959 or email@example.com.
All rental applicants must provide a Proof of Insurance listing The Angel Cooperative® as an additional insured prior to first use. POI can be mailed, emailed/scanned, faxed or dropped off.

The large sacred space is 26' x 35'. Windows line the front of the space. Entrance at the rear of the building.

The private room is 8' x 13'. The lights are on a dimmer. There is a massage/reiki table. You need to bring linens/sheets/pillow and supplies. The massage table can be moved so a table and chairs can be set-up. Entrance at the rear of the building.

Your rental fee includes wifi, props for 10 people (for use in the large open room), massage table (in private room) and a single use bathroom.
You are responsible for payment at the time of booking. You will collect payment from your clients unless the event is in collaboration with The Angel Cooperative.
Please include time for set-up and clean-up when booking. For example, if your workshop is 2 hours long but you need 15 minutes to set-up and 15 minutes to break down, please rent for 2.5 hours.
After you provide Proof of Insuance, you will be given a unique code to enter and exit The Angel Wing. Do not share the code with anyone!
1. Please remove shoes upon entering. There is a shoe rack at the entry.
2. Please leave the space as you found it. There is a lint broom in closet to clean the floor.
3. Return thermostat to preset temperature.
4. Most of the statuary, crystals, and artwork is for sale. Payment is made through The Angel Cooperative.
Kundalini Yoga with Kathy Unger | Sundays 10-11:15am
Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini yoga combines dynamic breath work, postures, meditation, sound healing, and mantras. In these classes you will consciously strengthen your body, open your mind, and uplift your spirit. Classes are suitable for beginners and seasoned yogis alike. All welcome! Bring a yoga mat and blanket or bolster, if desired.

Power Yoga with Wendy Boscia |Thursdays 6-7pm; Sat. 8:30-9:30am
Power Yoga is a Vinyasa style of Yoga, in which the movements are linked and guided by the breath. This continual connection and focus on the breath leads the practitioner deeper within to discover their own inner power. Practice begins with centering work and integration with core, followed by a dynamic sequence, and ends with time to assimilate all of the benefits of your hard work. In this practice you will center, flow & build strength in body, mind and soul! Modifications are offered throughout the practice.

Ashtanga: Follows a traditional sequencing of sun salutations, standing postures, seated postures and closing postures, while linking breath with movement to build heat in the body. Adaptable for all levels.
Beginner's Ashtanga: Begin to learn the foundations of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Led Half Primary: Traditional led sequence of the half primary series of Ashtanga
Open Studio/Beginner Mysore: The studio is open for you to arrive any time during this class to do your self-guided practice, ashtanga-based or other. For beginners, the option is available for Mysore style practice: learning the sequence as you go along, memorizing each part and adding on to it over time. This is the traditional way to learn the Ashtanga system. No experience necessary! Arrive at any time during the class time and stay for as long or short as you like.
